The Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA) has allocated 1.6 billion yuan ($253 million USD) of financial support to help with crop production and disaster management, according to an official statement on Thursday.
MARA has collaborated with China’s Ministry of Finance to implement this plan to particularly “strengthen winter wheat field management work”.
