China’s National Meteorological Center and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly issued a warning for sharp declines in temperatures from December 10-13, along with heavy snowfall.
Temperatures across the country are expected to drop by 6-10C, with some areas of the northwest seeing declines of 12-14C. On December 12-13, the center warns of risks from heavy snowfall in the winter wheat areas of Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, and Shandong.
