In its January China Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (CASDE), the Ministry of Agriculture adopted the National Bureau of Statistics corn production number of a record 301.24 million tons.
This is up 2.1% compared to 2024/25, with yields increasing by 1.6% and planted area up 0.5%.
