Corn and wheat imports rise in December

Corn imports in December reached 800k tons, the highest since July 2024. Imports were up 43% compared to November, and up 133.1% year on year. Total imports for 2025 were 2.7 million tons, down 80.6% year on year. Wheat imports were also relatively strong at 580k tons, the highest since April 2025.
