China Q1 exports see sharp rise in poultry and soybean oil

In the first quarter, exports of corn-related coproducts have been relatively stable. Corn starch exports have risen compared to Q1 2025 but remain below their pre-2020 levels due to limits on exports. MSG exports were flat, citric acid exports were down slightly, and lysine exports grew. Lysine exports face anti-dumping duties in both the EU and the US. 2025 was the first year that Chinese lysine exports fell since at least 2015.
