Muyuan reports second-highest monthly sales; selling price down 36% y/y

The NDRC reported declining losses for hog farmers for the second week in a row, but losses were still estimated at 405 yuan per hog. This is an improvement from losses of 511 yuan per hog in mid-April.

Hog sales have remained strong in April, according to the first published disclosures by large companies.
