Hubei’s initial wheat quality survey shows large drop in quality

Hubei’s grain stockpiling agency released its initial report on the quality of recently harvested wheat which showed a large decrease in quality and a large increase in sprouted grains. As noted in yesterday’s email about the rapeseed quality survey, the data seems to understate the problems in the crop.
