High temperatures expected for northern China, northeast sees needed rains

Over the past week, temperatures were close to normal or 1-2C colder than normal. The northeast and Inner Mongolia saw rainfall, which was helpful in relieving dry conditions in western Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, which is beneficial for corn and soybean crops.
