China’s Ministry of Commerce said the US and China “agreed in principle” to reduce agricultural products in reciprocal tariff reductions as part of trade negotiations.
During a press briefing on Friday, the ministry said both sides had the goal of expanding two-way agricultural trade, and that reductions in tariffs for agricultural products are part of the discussions.
