Typhoon Bavi brings heavy rains to northern and northeastern China

Temperatures over the past week were 1-4C (1.8-7.2F) higher than normal in most agricultural areas of China, but areas of the northwest, southwest, and Henan saw temperatures 4-6C (7.20-10.8F) higher than normal.
