Conditions improved for wheat planting, but more rains forecast this week

Most agricultural areas of China were close to normal temperatures, or slightly below, last week. Some areas of the northeast were 1-2C lower than normal. The northeast saw some rain and snow, which slowed drying, storage, and transportation. But the harvest is essentially finished, and this shouldn’t cause any major disruptions or quality issues.
