Harvest progress over 90%, winter wheat planting over 30%

Over 90% of autumn crops have been harvested as of October 30. According to the Ministry of Agriculture. Harvest progress for soybeans and corn reached 95%, mid-season rice was 90%, and late rice was 50%.
