Weather service issues warning for winter wheat area

China’s National Meteorological Center and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly issued a warning for sharp declines in temperatures from December 10-13, along with heavy snowfall. Temperatures across the country are expected to drop by 6-10C, with some areas of the northwest seeing declines of 12-14C.
