November soybean imports up 13% y/y
China imported 8.11 million tons of soybeans in November. This is down 14% compared to October, but up 13% year on year.
Soybean shipments from the US to China have resumed, according to the latest USDA export inspections report. Two cargoes totaling 120k tons departed from the US Gulf to China, the first shipments since May 2025.
