The average temperature in agricultural areas of China was 1-2C higher than normal last week. The northeast and northern China were generally colder than normal.
Much of the wheat belt in northern China saw rainfall, with most areas seeing 10-25, but some areas of Henan seeing 25-50mm. Much of Henan province still has excessive soil moisture, but this has declined over the past week.
