Rains push farmers to harvest wheat

Over the past 24 hours, there were heavy rains in southern and central China, and relatively heavy rains in the southern end of the wheat belt. Areas in Hubei received 152.9mm (6.02 inches) in just 24 hours. Hubei’s provincial Department of Transportation issued a Level 2 emergency response for disruptions in transportation.
