How prices and imports performed after the 2023 rains

The last time China had heavy rains during the winter wheat harvest was 2023. As of June 7, 2023, the wheat harvest was 40% complete, and the weather service was warning of severe thunderstorms in areas of the wheat belt (New round of thunderstorm could further impact wheat crop – 2026-06-07).
